Thank you for taking the time to apply for a grant from The Barking Foundation. We have a limited number of grants available each year, which makes this an extremely competitive process. Incomplete applications will not be accepted, so please fill out this application carefully.

This application form is not an online submission form. Due to the need for printed and signed materials, the Barking Foundation can not accept electronic applications at this time. What this form will do is provide you with a printable cover page that will include everything you enter below. After clicking on the "Generate Printable Form" button, a Web page will be returned that you can print and mail in with your additional materials. The printable form will also include a checklist of those additional materials.

The Barking Foundation is an equal opportunity grantor. Gender, race/ethnicity, affectional orientation, veteran's status, religion, or physical ability will not be considered in the application process.

Applications must be postmarked before February 15, 2008. The Foundation begins notifying applicants of the award results after April 15, 2008. If you have any questions, please contact the Administrator.
